About Sonky arrived at our home in Oct 2021, afraid and alone. He was very malnourished when he came to us. He has found a friend and "big brother" in Eliseé and is a happy boy now! He continues, however, to struggle with his health. We do not yet have a good diagnosis for the cause of his struggles. Psalm 103:2: "Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits— who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s." Lord, we praise your Holy Name! You have shown your love and compassion to Sonky. Help the children and staff at CHM teach Sonky that you love him and will always be with him. Thank you that he has found a friend in Eliseé. Please heal Sonky and renew his youth and strength like an eagle's.
